Appears to be a 1940-50s bamboo bar/server cart. These are found in several different configurations..some with glass, etc. You can search and find they go for pretty good money. Even the new ones are pretty spendy. Good find.
Looks too much like a baby changing table to me, what do you think !~

In 2006, Ficks Reed inked a deal with Carleton Varney to create a luxury line of wicker and rattan based on the original designs of Dorothy Draper for Ficks Reed in the 40's and 50s. Sadly, after 125 years the company closed in January 2011. "
