Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely old ring that I actually took to some dealers years ago but never found out anything about it, found a pair the other is slightly bigger, not sure where it’s from or how old it is or if the stones are diamonds,, they sparkle like they might be

The markings on this ring 9ct&sil , could this be a clue to age or where it’s from as it’s unusual
