I'm attempting to find a date that these tea cups were manufactured, even a ballpark date would be helpful. I was told they are Ukrainian wedding cups dating to the 1860s or 70s. The family is from Odessa, Russia (later Ukraine) and immigrated to the US in the early 1890s. The story is that they brought these teacups with them at that time. Unfortunately, I can't confirm the date as the lack of marks makes dating the cups difficult.
They are hard-paste porcelain cups. Gilded with embossed floral designs. Almost matching, but not quite. Designs are the same, but the smaller one has a scalloped base while the larger one has a flat base. Each has a number stamped on the bottom. The one pictured shows a "32" the other one is a matching style "36". Any insight would be helpful!
Here's a similar looking one that claims German and 1800s?
