    I don't seem to be having any luck finding information on this dish. It seems to be made of bisque. The artist signature is intriguing. Notice the "O" appears to be the back end silhouette of a bird.

      The 'DEP" perhaps suggests France : Déposé.

      This is from Porzellanfabrik Unger, Schneider & Cie. (1859 until 1885) or Porzellanfabrik Schneider & Hutschenreuther (1885 until 1886)

      This mark was used between 1879 and 1886.
