Here is a 3 1-2"H blue textured glass owl sitting on a square base, made by Boyd Glass of Cambridge OH in 1983. The color was called Alice blue, and there is a raised B in diamond imprint on side of base as seen in photo #3

He is stunning in his Alice blue! I think of aqua too, which is one of my all time favorite colors. This is a great piece of art as is all of your glass and brooches!!!!

Thanks so much DejaVu for your awesome praise for this owl and wonderful compliment about my collection, you are truly kind & I am so delighted to know you and have you in my corner :)
Agreed this aqua or turquoise glass is lovely, it actually reminds me of the ocean off Florida cruising to the Bahamas, a very mesmerizing blue. Forgive all my vacation comparisons, they were a fun period in our lives pre-covid...now we visit the local beach boardwalk & do more armchair traveling

Lovely little blue owl, his colour is gorgeous. I think he's a little horned owl? Or tawny owl? Are they a thing?! He's so cool, looks like he's perching and on the hunt, and maybe spotted something?!

Thank you Lauren & Gruff for the love, and Lauren for your super praise for this lil blue owl. I do think he's a horned owl, he kinda has small upright horn feathers on his head. You're right there are tawny owls but they are the flat head type like snowy & barn owls. This guy definitely appears about to strike!
