I'm glad that Mrs. Reid didn't have cancer. If test results were sent through the mail theses days, I think I'd be apprehensive of going to check the mai. Kind of like waiting on the phone call from the doctor's office now days. There isn't a postmark or stamp so the date is unknown.
There’s no date on the letter? Research the price of postage being 9 cents and that info should give you a good idea of when this lady’s very personal letter was mailed.
