    I am trying to identify the pattern of this Monarch Plate Soup Spoon. Any ideas?? I believe it is silverplated, but cannot identify time period, although it looks like art deco?? Who makes it? When?

      Well..looking at the replacements search..it apoears the pattern is "plate two" as the "seventeen" pattern is marked National Silver
