Splatter painted glass vase with brass flower frog lid. not sure of its origin,, haven’t found any markings on it to identify. Smooth glass on the inside and textured on the outside.

I would say Czech for sure....
I meant to say Czech/Bohemian art glass -- many here will be able to identidy it moreso.
