Could do with help have not got a clue what this tool is used for. It’s got some initial 23-027 V.L.C. On the end of the metal part something guest second line something Drayton. Colour yellow part like a screwdriver and metal end fixed. 4” long 1/2” width.
Looks like some sort of retaining clip tool? If you can replace an image with a better picture of the wording, that may help solve this..
And possibly a lighter background, like a piece of paper might help with image sesrches..
