I bought this bowl because of the images represent a soccer match. The two teams are dressed in short-sleeved shirts with white collars (the goalkeeper has a long-sleeved shirt), one team is light blue and the other red. My son Ricardo is a fan of the local club Club Atlético Belgrano, which also has the light blue color and is his great passion.Due to the brand, the bowl is French and most likely from the years preceding the Second World War. In 1938 the World Cup was played in France and there was a match between France and Belgium, France wearing a light blue shirt and white pants, while Belgium wore a red shirt and dark pants. The 3-1 victory was for the locals, the images of the goal could be inspired by this match. Last picture the 1938 french team.fo
The manufacturer of the bowl was the Faiencerie de Saint Amand les Aux and this stamp corresponds to the production from 1932 to 1962.
