Fry ? Glass Tumbler - Foval - Green to Blue / Pearl - with Narrow Optic

Here is an Unusual Foval ? Fry ? Glass Tumbler . It is just over 4 1/4 " tall and holds 9 oz to the brim . The Glass has a Green to Pearl circle in the Base . The tumbler is Green for the bottom
1 - 2 inches . Then changes to a Pearl Blue Hue to the Brim . It is Thin Glass like the Foval ware and has a 18 rib Vertical Optic . NOT IN MY FRY GLASS BOOK .
It was obviously blown and the Pontil has been Polished Smooth .
Any guesses to who manufactured it would be appreciated . Thankyou .
