1940’s Pencil Drawing Chaise Lounge by M Pearson Jeanne Crain by Jane Knapp

Jane Knapp who worked for the St Petersburg Times did this pencil drawing of actress Jennie Crain in 1948..I believe the drawing of the chaise lounges has a surprising artist that’s signed M Pearson.There’s a Ralph M Pearson who has a lot of pencil drawing online that I initially thought could have done this but the signature in print doesn’t match.It’s been quite awhile since I had these out so I took another look for this signature and I found a well known artist named Margret Stuber Pearson who also prints her name that’s a match for this.At first all I could find was oil painting that she did not drawing.After some digging I found two pencil and charcoal drawing she did that are signed M Pearson.Thanks for looking.
