I love this simple 2 tone design, would fit in with a lot of different pieces !~
What a wonderful little zebra Jenni!!
Love this little zebra...so cute.
A good friend of mine brought me back an animal from Ngwenya Glass about 10 years ago. I treasure it because of him, such an amazing man.
Kevinn was a tour guide in Kenya and Swaziland and he grew close to communities there. He was concerned about their lives and how many had to walk 5 or more kilometres to get water and then bucket it back to their villages. So for about 20 years he raised money to provide bores and tanks for African communities. He was a life changer for them. Incredible person.
I Have a giraffe and she would be a good friend for your awesome zebra.
Thanks everyone for the thoughtful love

Very special thanks for your awesome comments
Phil, aren't the B&W colors of this glass zebra perfect, it is designed both accurately and with slightly blurred stripes for a bit of individuality. He will certainly be a standout near his other animal friends
Scott, so glad you liked this guy, very hard to find a zebra in glass but I got one & how cool that it was made in Africa where the glassmakers got direct inspiration
Leesa he really is a cutie with a proud look, very happy that you loved him
Karen your friend Kevinn sounds like a truly amazing person, a real humanitarian. It must have been a wonderful experience for him working in Africa & being so close to the land and helping the people, if only more of us were so brave and giving. You have got to post your Ngwenya giraffe I would love to see it!! Very interesting co. started by two Swedish glassmakers, no wonder their glass is so good
A zebra?! Cool, I think I've seen one or two from you, but he's great!
I love how...bubbly(because of the glass?) He seems? Sorta like those balloon animals but more modern?! I imagine he lives not in the savannah but in a Parisian apartment somewhere he's so sleek!
Lauren I'm really glad you liked my glass zebra, he's my very first in glass though I have a couple pretty zebra brooches you may be thinking about. I can definitely picture this fellow in elegant surroundings as he's got that touch of class. Thank you for your wonderful comment/love my friend
Glad you liked this zebra DRAG & many thanks for the love
