Here's an example of Elna Jolom's graal. This was produced at Studioglas Strömbergshyttan by Håkan Gunnarsson, Leif Person & Mikael Axenbrant in 2009. This is a large piece at 31cm x 21cm at widest, just shy of 10Kg. It is hard to see in the picture but in each eye (there are 4 faces in total) there is a tiny bubble that catches the light as a real eye would. Absolute master craftsmenship.

what a beuty thanks I do not know anything about this type of glass
kivatinitz graal is a technique that is produced in several stages. First a 'blank' is created with the coloured layers needed for the design. This is then cooled down and the artist then engraves the design into the glass. Then it is reheated and covered in clear glass and inflated and shaped to make the final piece.
