Hello everyone!!
Here's a set of cast iron Dachshund bookends that I found some time ago. These were made by Hubley in the 1920's and were cataloged as No. 355 Dachshund bookends. These are extremely rare and I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across these. They measure 8" long, 4" tall and 2" wide. They weigh in at 2lbs 9oz each. The last pic is from a 1920’s Hubley catalog.
Thanks for stopping in for a look!!

Nice find Scott. They are very..cough..detailed. We had a dachshund dog when I was young..not a fan. I didn't like the Yorkshire terrior either.. I like my big dogs.
Dave,
Thanks!! We have had four Dachshunds over the past 30 years. Our current Dachshund is a chocolate/tan longhair female. She's a bit spoiled. The favorite of my dogs is my German Shepherd "Rosie". She's extremely smart, very loyal and obeys every command. She's the BEST!!
