Duncan Phyfe style settee ...

Here's a Duncan Phyfe style mahogany settee ca. 1810 from my collection of regency furniture. On the sec. photo you can see it in the background in my library. As you remember, Duncan Phyfe was born in Scotland 1768 and died in New York City 1854. He brought the regency style to America and became one of the nineteenth century's leading American cabinetmakers. Is the settee actually by him or is it only in his style ? I don't know. But at least I know the quality is good.
