Hello everyone!!
Here's a pair of bronze big horn sheep sculptures I purchased a while back. The fine details of this pair of big horn sheep is what drew me to them. These sculptures are signed by Italian artist, Leonardo Rossi, which can be seen in pic #3. Leonardo Rossi was born in Italy in the 20th century, but I know nothing more in regards to this wonderful artists' background. I'm not sure when this pair was cast, but I'm certain they're no older than mid 20th century. They each measure 15 3/4" and 15 7/8" tall and weigh nearly 10lbs each.
Thanks very much for taking time to stop by for a look!!

Cool pieces Scott. I remember we were heading to Ashcroft Canada ...about 10 hours north of the Canadian border to a division 6 drag race..there was a caution sign showing a car being hit by a ram. There was a herd on the side of the road and a lady walking towards them taking pictures...don't know what happened but thought..so stupid!
Regal & handsome pair of big horn sheep, the artist having them on a rocky base is really perfect
Dave,
Thanks!! What a sight that must have been. I do wholeheartedly agree that anyone who would approach a herd of these amazing animals is either very brave or simply stupid!!!!!
Jenni,
Thanks!! Yes, the artist certainly did make this pair of big horn sheep very realistic.
