I purchased this because I thought it was pretty.
I’ve been unable to find out anything about Elwe named on the face
It winds well and keeps good time.
Any opinions gratefully received.

I could not find anything about elwe either. I can tell you that similar watches were platinum and diamonds. Your best bet is to have someone open the back. The mechanism may reveal the clues.

dav2no1 thanks for your sound advice. I’ll try that. I purchased it and was told it wasn’t working, when I got it home it was ticking away and it keeps good time.
