Merry Christmas! This item is in very good condition, he does have some stains on his eyes, but it's not that bad and he also smells funny. The box has some wear and there is some stainage on the bottom and there's also some stainage on the styrofoam inside. The tag also has some stainage on it as well. The manufacturer is Westland Giftware.
