Paperweight Box Set - 2004 GM Chairman's Honors - 2 Paperweights

"2004 General Motors Chairman's Honors Paperweight Black Velvet Box Set"
1) Clear Globe w etchings, no flat spot.
2) Half Sphere, fully felted and Iridized w Die & Facet cuts. Top is Dimpled. A true Color Changer (iridized). The craftsmanship of these are top notch, I am curious as to who made them. Anyone have any ideas?

1/2 CUT IRIDIZED PAPERWEIGHT.
Faceted Skirt around bottom.
3" Bottom
1 1/4" Dimple Cut on Top
1 1/2" Die Cut with "Chairman's Honors" Etching
