I have this glass from my mother's estate. As seen in the photos it has an unusual exterior. This is not smooth and has a luster glow on the surface. The leg is also strange. It is hollow on the inside. I think this glass was made by a glassblower, but where and by whom? These are my questions that I would like to get answers to. I hope someone from CW can help me further
If you look at Kiddush prayer cups, they seem to have a similar shape..
