These two little pets have a little story to them. They are both made of wood, (olive wood, I think) with leather and real fur details.
The little dog belonged to my godmother, and she gave it to me when I was a kid, because I always wanted to play with it. It used to be her key ring. I would unscrew the chain, and play with the doggie. Although she isn't known for being a patient woman, she let me get away with murder..lol

Years later, at a garage sale, I was fiddling in a tin full of little buttons, mismatched earings...you know the ones...and THERE HE WAS!! The little beast, peering at me!

So now they sit together, sometimes in the bottom of a drawer, sometimes tangled in my jewelry box, sometimes inside one of the mugs in my china cabinet.
