Really is a very nice piece, lots of detail in the work, very pretty, and stamped "Patent" but unable to read the other writing as it is is fairly blurred out.
Would be interested in any information on it - thank you

This may be a Japanese style vase by a French company - Japonisme.
Ohh thank you Ho2Cultcha, hadn't thought about it being possibly french. Interesting ;) on google search nothing comes up at all, and the mark is very hard to read. Thanks
