Vintage silver earrings

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely pair of earrings, I’ve never seen or come across another pair like it. Now I’m having a close look it seems to me it could possibly be antique, I say that the 925 seems crude & early , no other markings but it’s heavy and the stones look stunning & possibly Rubies now I’ve got better with stones. Hopefully someone has more information about how old and where they could be from.
