Porcelier Electric Percolator with creamer and sugar bowls

This percolator belonged to my grandmother who passed in 1981. I am looking to see if I can further narrow down the timeframe in which it was manufactured. I know my father said he remember her having it during his childhood (he was born in 1929) so I know it was made sometime between 1929 and 1954 when the company went out of business.
