Picked this up at a flea mkt in FL. It caught my eye as it's close to the Harley Davidson #1 emblem. Does not have any name on it, so it's Not a HD piece, nor is it a Zippo. Underneath lid you can see the numbers 32 (2x) on a sticky. On the very top side of lid are two LED bulbs. I replaced the three small watch size batteries along with putting butane in. It lights intermittingly with no real full flame.....just a tiny flame. The LED's on top do not go on. No writing anywhere. No cracks or breaks on the poly case.
It's a cool piece and I have looked on internet and have Not found one like it to get info/value. If anyone has, please let me know.
    Thnx!

I like the shape. Did you get all the air out after you refilled it? And check battery direction..leds are polarized

Not likely to find much info on the net. Its very much like what I like to collect when I go to NYC, as they have some wonderful "tourist" type lighters and on the outside a scene with little leds at appropriate places. They come on when you open the lighter !~
