Creepy looking Jefferson Dime. I can't see the date but I think it's 1960s. The rim is copper and it has a smooth finish. It's very thin. In the third picture I set the dime on top of a penny. Help with identifying please. And please tell me I have a $100,000 dime piece. Lol

Well, that would be Roosevelt on the dime. All dimes have a copper core with a cupro-nickel clad. It appears that the cupro-nickel clad have simply worn down and exposed the copper core. So, I don't believe it's anymore than a regular dime.

"Brother, can you spare a dime ?" as Rex Weber sang in the vaudeville "Americana" in 1932.
