Hi All
Well my wife does vintage fairs, and she specialises in coloured pressed deco glass. She recently acquired these which didn't quite fit the usual things she has, but they were interesting and didn't cost much. They are rather distinctive in shape and colour, with orange at the top and green at the base. The base and foot are ribbed, and the top section has some kind of technique applied that has produced a slight iridescent look.
I'd be curious if anyone has seen anything like this before. On the base is simply 'ITALY'.
Thanks for looking.

These are SOooo cool!!
looks a lot like the acid painted glass from Simron in Israel.
These are for sale on eBay. Are they the same but in different colors?

Can we rely on stickers?
In case eBay's web page becomes unavailable in the future, the sticker says the glasses were made at Al Rama Israel.
The stickers say hand painted in Israel, so maybe they get the glasses from Italy?
Thank you all for the info, a quick search found plenty others of different colours, so yes, get the glasses from Italy and decorate in Israel.
