Heavy pink stone Bracelet

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely bracelet, I had forgotten about this and never found out anything about it. Looks like a lot of work has gone into making this pink stone bracelet. Wondering what the stone is? How old it might be as never seen one before, just noticed it has silver which has markings and a pearl, each piece of stone is big and look rough cut compared to what a expert would do with stones like these,
