      Judging by the sizes given, it would have to be a Studio Pottery ceramic Fruit bowl made in Italy.

      Just a shot in the dark!
      Could it be "Peasant Village" Pottery.
      I came to that because I think I read PV on the bottom.
      However, I have no proof. More research is needed
