This treasured cocoa pot has been handed down to the firstborn daughter, upon her mother's death, for 6 generations. According to family lore, this treasured piece was brought to America when my ancestral grandmother immigrated from Germany in the mid 1800s. The original signature of each woman starting with "Holthaus-Fischler", is written on a slip of paper, kept inside this treasured pot. Other than that, very little is known about it, but I would love to know more. I refer to it, with adoration, as "My Family Cocoa Pot".

You get four images, so an image of the bottom might be helpful. Especially if there are any marks on the bottom.
