Antique wall plaque

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely wall hanging, didn’t remember about it, I’ve just noticed that it is enamel glass & very heavy has lots of verdigris & I’m wondering if it’s Bronze, hopefully someone knows more on here, could it be Turkish, maybe Ottoman, looks antique
