    The photo is marked "Bloom" of Chicago. I'm thinking it's something vaudeville related but Google Lens was no help. Looks like 1930s era to me.

      I wonder if that’s a reference to Ike Bloom, a gangster who owned a few cabarets in Chicago in the 1920s.
