I found this gem at Habitat - it's in need of some care and I'm still looking for instructions on how to wind and use it (if only I knew what type of clock it is).

It looks like a early 1900's Sessions Adamantine Mantel Clock. If you have the key you can wind and adjust with it.... the left and right holes at the bottom sides of the clock face are to wind the clock so it will last 9 days and the other wind up hole is to wind up the gong so it will gong on the hour and chime/ ring on the half hour. The top little hole at the top of the clockface is for adjusting the speed faster (F) or slower (S) so it will stay accurate and on time. The used to put a printed paper on the inside back telling how to wind and adjust the clock. You should open the back and take a picture and see what movement is in it and that everything is there. Great Find....Nice Clock
