    A beautiful oak slat trunk made by McLeod and Shotton in Montreal Quebec. Great hardware fittings and brass lock. The oak slats are uniquely groved by this maker. Was fun to work on! Thanks Marvin for your post with same trunk — would not have had a clue as to maker otherwise.
