One of my latest finds. Signed Artistic, a new name for me. A brief google search turned up a listing for this company's work on Rarities Antique Jewelry and nasvete.com websites. One site says mark is the hallmark of a Canadian company and the other site lists this as an English company. The dating of the work on Keliedescope seems more accurate to me and they have a photo of this brooch. 2 and 1/2 inches tall by 2 and 1/8 inches wide. Reference links before.
