This 2"L goldtone dog (possibly a beagle) brooch has brightly colored enamel & rhinestone accents. The dog has a play ball & movable bone-shaped i.d. tag. By designer Kenneth Cole w/ his kc mark on back

DejaVu glad you think it looks like a beagle as well, that breed was actually our family dog when I was growing up. She was small (runt of the litter), sweet, and LOUD :) This K. Cole dog really is a cute interpretation, with the bone i.d. tag & ball, it's nicely designed. Thank you for your awesome comment as always
