    So, I bought this today for very little. I have been stuck between whether it is a small bowl for rice, or for a drink. Hopefully someone with some knowledge will help.

    There is a mark on the base, but means nothing to me.

      Very nice. Seems small for rice and large for sake, so maybe a tea bowl. Could also be used for holding a condiment for dipping.
