      Very nice. Not an amateur, though I think his cloud painting is a bit weak. I think a New England scene based on the types of boats. Very dirty, needs a cleaning. It would be much brighter if cleaned up.

      No artist listed by this name and middle initial. I did take a look at U.S. census records for 1920 and 1930 and did not find any potential matches. There were several Carl O. Bergstroms living during this time period.

      On board? What are the dimensions. A picture of the back might provide some clues....
