Vintage Barbie Side Part Bubble Cut European? American Girl? Japanese?

Found this old Barbie while I was out. She’s in great condition. Still retains her nail polish and makeup. She has light brown hair, a bubble cut with a curled side part. Bares the Midge Barbie marking with the “Patented” at the bottom. Marked Japan on the foot with no peg holes. I’m trying to figure out if this is a European/Canadian side part bubble cut style only available in those countries. Or Japanese market Barbie. Or even an American Girl Barbie, but she doesn’t have bendable legs. She has a marking underneath her head. Any info would really be appreciated. I don’t dabble in Barbie’s often, but she was cheap, came in great condition and included a case and a bunch of old outfits.
