    MyPrecious…
    (2 items)

I don’t know where I got her from, I’ve had her all my life and I want to know if anyone can find out what company made her. I was unable to find any manufacturing labels, and there was no tag on her dress or body anywhere. Judging by the doll, I’d say she is around 20th century?? If anyone knows where she’s from, please let me know!

Whoops, I was able to see that doll in a slide show at the TikTok account:

So the OP of that account might be your best bet. No guarantees, however.

Double whoops, the above comment was intended for your other post:

As to the doll in this post: there is a near twin on eBay described as a MAYFAIR Collection Porcelain Doll:

      https://www.ebay.ca/itm/374329696943

The dress is slightly different, and there's no hairband in the hair; however, the face looks the same, and particularly, the pose of the doll's hands looks the same.

The eBay doll has a "MAYFAIR Collection" and "1992" stamped on the back of its neck.

Perhaps your doll failed to get stamped at the factory for some reason. Either that, or it's a knockoff.

OK, I found a twin in this catawiki listing (top shelf in the photograph):

      https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/36267761-mayfair-collection-doll-1990-1999-netherlands

That document is a bit hard to read; however, it looks like all the dolls had names:

BRIGITT, MICHELL, LIESELO, ASTRID, JULIA, SARA, SOFIE, MELANIE, ALINA, ESTELLA, CELINE, JULIETT, CLARISS, MELISSA, CAROLIN, ELISE

It looks to me like some of the names got truncated because of space considerations in the document.

For instance, "LIESELO" looked a bit odd to me, so I Googled it, and found "Lieselotte," however, I did find some "LISELO" hits, e.g.:

      https://www.ancestry.com/1940-census/usa/New-York/Lieselo-Starzardter_dh2dd

Overall, some of the names did strike me as being more common in Europe than in North America (Astrid and Lieselo[tte]).

The collection is dated 1990 -1999.

FYI, it seems like the collection in that catawiki is one doll shy of complete, because there are sixteen dolls in the collection, and despite repeated countings on my part, I see only fifteen dolls in that photograph.

Here's another catawiki listing for MAYFAIR Collection porcelain dolls that features a twin of your doll (no doll names, however):

      https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/8169663-11-porcelain-dolls-1-mayfair

It must be time for some mood music:
