moxyroxy17, Somebody else posted some Biano Manufacturing Co. chairs here:

It looks like the Bianco Manufacturing Company is gone:

Google Maps/Street View doesn't show anything like it at that 2736 Victor Street address in St. Louis (it looks like it's currently occupied by a greenhouse, and open-air crops of some kind):
2736 Victor St, St. Louis, MO 63104

Here's an obituary for the company founder:

PhilDMorris' jocular comment notwithstanding, valuation isn't done here at Collectors Weekly Show & Tell:

What’s appropriate on Show and Tell?
Show & Tell is a place where you can share your favorite vintage items and antiques with visitors to CollectorsWeekly.com, whether it’s a piece from your collection, something cool you saw while out picking, or a collectors event you’ve recently attended. While an item’s value can certainly be a part of the conversation, Show & Tell is mostly a forum for communicating with other users to learn more about the pieces you own.
If you’re looking for an item’s value, check out ValueMyStuff rather than posting it on Show & Tell.

I honestly don't think I'd recommend that you check out ValueMyStuff, because it isn't free, and it might cost you more than the appraised worth of the chairs.
Whoops, I guess I should have shown the last known address for the St. Louis Chair Company (formerly the Bianco Manufacturing Company):
314 N Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102
