This vase is about 7.25" high x 4.25" widest diameter. It is signed ''Sam Rushing 6/96". Rushing and his wife, Diane, founded and operated Ouray Glass and Pottery from 1991 until 2017, when it was taken over by their apprentice who still operates it. It is located in Ouray, Colorado.

I have been on a small, signed studio glass vase binge for a few weeks, but I think it has run its course. Suddenly, I found a lot of these vases for not much money.
