This is one of my favorites from my mom's collection. Unfortunately, its water stained, but I don't mind, (too much.) "Two Women" is a descriptive title only because I'm still looking for info on this piece. It appears to be a block print on silk, or a silk / cloth / paper that's border mounted with (paper?) strips. The inside dimensions are Chuban yoko-e (17.3 x 23 cm.)
