Just looking for info, my mom used to refinish antiques , I always remember it , I'm in sixty's. Very big , I believe it has west minister chimes, 3 big weights, on chains, and a pendulum, has date in bottom front 1898 thank you
It does look like it is 1978 rather than 1878. The carving is all wrong for 1878.
