This bud vase by Robert Maxwell is about 6" high and signed "Maxwell" on the bottom. I don't know what kind of flowers are on the vase. The clay and signature are the same as he used in the 1960s and 1970s, based on this link:

There are several other examples from this period of his work on E of the Bay. The initial "R" on mine was apparently mashed up a bit when the clay was still soft. It is a pretty small piece.
This was my $3.99 find, a bit under $16 including shipping and tax. It was described as an Otagiri Japanese sake bottle. A lucky find and my first piece by him from this period.
