    Hi community
I have been given this piece to sell for charity as I operate an online store for my service club. The only similar items I can find are all fob watches, but this is a (mourning?) locket, brilliant blue enamel, gold (cannot find a marking), and the stones cut glass, so diamonds? The owner indicated they may be diamonds but as it was a gift, is not sure! Appreciate any directions I can follow. Cheers!
UPDATE: I have established these are diamonds, one large central, eight medium and eight small, and found what looks to be a maker's mark, the diamond shape with lines within. Does anyone know this mark?

Looks like there is a piece of paper where the watch would've been. That's my guess.

A jeweler could probably tell you what the metal and stones are for a small fee, or maybe for credit you tell them it is for charity.

Thanks for your responses. Possibly was a watch originally - I will follow up with a jeweller in NZ. Cheers, Carol

Meant to say, only 3 cms in diameter.
