Hello I’ve ended up looking at gemstones this morning online, mainly blue sapphire, I thought I’d look at some of the ones I’d weighed & bagged, saw this marked 1.25ct . It looks great but not sure what it might be yet,

Thanks newfld, I was trying to think of the stone I had seen that looked like this and you have said it. I think your right. It’s small and plain looking so never really gave it much attention. But would have been a nice ring. Guess antique
