This LED advertisement sign, made for the New York Lottery in January, 2011, still works well over a decade later. It features two options either to flash the blue outline outside the center logo or keep that part steadily lit.
A neat piece of New York culture, which would have been likely on display at a retailer, such as a convenience store, that legally sells lottery games to the public.
