Hello I’ve seen this among some old jewellery and wondered what it is and where it might have come from. I’ve been searching for gold as I found a few bits among my scrap suspected gold plated item’s, I’m tempted to clean this to see what is going on under the dirt. Could this have been set in gold somehow & wonder if it is gold
